Spray Booth Extraction
The Dustraction spray booth system has a disposable paper filter across the face of the extraction chamber. Specially designed to remove fine airborne paint particles without restricting worker movement or visibility.
The filter consists of two sheets of heavy paper with corrugations of unequal size. The sheets are attached at the corrugations and each sheet has rows of perforations, which are staggered and relative to the others.
This gives the paint laden air stream a tortuous passage through the filter, the result is that the sticky paint adheres to the filter surface and reasonably clean air is discharged. For maximum efficiency, it is important that these filters are kept in perfect working condition.
Dust Extraction Units
We offer an extensive range of industrial dust extraction units and fume extraction systems for many different industries and applications. We also offer a comprehensive range of dust extraction units for schools and colleges.
Our dust extraction units can remove particles from the workplace for a wide range of materials such as wood, metal, chemicals and composites. Our bespoke units range from stand alone dust extraction systems for one machine, to larger, centralised dust control systems.
